Vinus Enterprises started in 2001 with a simple promise: install it right, and pick up the phone when the customer calls. Over the years we've grown with the technology, from analog cameras and DVRs to IP systems, biometrics and the cloud.

Questions customers often ask
Can you add AI to my existing CCTV system?
Often, yes. Depending on your current cameras we can add an AI-capable NVR, or replace only a few key cameras (gates, entrances) with AI models. We'll check compatibility during the site survey.
Can I watch my cameras on my mobile?
Yes. Every system we install is set up for live view and playback on Android and iPhone, and AI alerts arrive as push notifications with a snapshot.
How many days of recording will I get?
That depends on the number of cameras, resolution and hard-disk size. Typical setups keep 15–30 days. Our AI planner above calculates the storage you'd need.
Does face-recognition attendance work with masks or in low light?
Modern face terminals work with masks and in low light, and process recognition in under a second. For large teams we recommend placing devices at every main entry to avoid queues.
Do you service systems installed by someone else?
Yes. We take AMC and repair work for most major brands, even if we didn't install the system.
What does an AMC cover?
Scheduled preventive visits, camera cleaning and alignment, hard-disk and recording health checks, firmware updates and priority breakdown support. Parts are covered as per the plan you choose.
